We are seeking a Staffing Sales/Broker to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Lone Wolf Staffing is owned by two successful salesmen in the Staffing business. Why is that important? because we completely understand the mind of a salesperson and what is important for them to succeed.  We have the support of solid branch staff and are looking for a go getter who has a book of current business.   We have the most generous commission structure in the business, and it is simple to calculate. Are you a salesperson who feels they are being held back in your current position, do you feel you do not get the support of your branch, are you with a firm who has multiple salespersons out of one branch, are you under appreciated.  Submit your resume and let's discuss how Lone Wolf Staffing can help you reach your full potential and make if very profitable for all parties.     We are open to all scenarios, from a salaried salesperson to a broker who is commission only (for the best), or a hybrid of both.     

 

The right person can very easily make $20,000 to $30,000 a month in commission if you have a current book of business due to our commission structure. We pay commission directly off of the billing, so there is no gray area when it comes to how much you will make. Cannot stress enough how important that is to a salesperson when it comes time to be paid and then you have to hear the song and dance many owners sing about, we had to pay this we had to pay that.   You will be the only salesperson out of branch and our team in place is excellent, have you ever landed a account and then be frustrated with how it is handled. That will not occur at Lone Wolf Staffing as we know how to keep our client's long term.  

 

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
• Create sales material to present to customers.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
