  • Spa Cahaba is recruiting for a responsible, dependable, energetic, and friendly front desk associate with outstanding customer service, phone and sales skills, with experience in spa and guest scheduling to join our team
  • To be successful in this position you must have an outgoing personality and truly enjoy communicating with guests. If you are passionate about creating a positive experience by assisting our guests in looking and feeling their best, and would appreciate working in a spa environment with a supportive team, we look forward to meeting you
  • Prior Spa or MedSpa experience helpful but not required.
  • Must be available for a flexible schedule. Includes some evening hours until 8pm and Saturdays. Please do not apply if you can not be available for evenings and weekends.
  • Provide guidance to guests on the procedures at the spa
  • Meet or exceed front desk retail goals
  • Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to guests
  • Keep the reception area clean and conducive for guests as they wait for their turn to be attended too
  • Introduce new skincare products to guests and educate them on their uses and benefits
  • Keep guests updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in the Spa
  • Process payments from guests for services ordered from the spa
  • Make reservations for guests on specific days
  • Open and close the spa at the appropriate time
  • Ensure that the front desk is clean and organized
