Sentech Services is looking for strong Industrial Maintenance employees in our Auburn location.

2nd shift - 3pm to 11am with overtime.

3rd shift - 11pm to 7am with overtime.

Up to $35.00 with full benefits.

MUST HAVE: Electrical and CNC Maintenance Background (not programming but teardown and reassemble).

We are seeking experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in CNC machine maintenance, particularly focusing on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery. This role requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical aspects of CNC machines, with a primary focus on disassembly, reassembly, and troubleshooting.

  • Machine Maintenance:** Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with CNC machinery
  • Repair and Reassembly:** Efficiently dismantle CNC machines to identify faulty components and replace or repair them as necessary. Reassemble machines ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
  • Electrical Expertise:** Utilize electrical schematics and diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair electrical components such as motors, sensors, PLCs, and control panels.
  • Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for future reference and reporting.
  • Collaboration:** Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.
  • Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance machine performance, reliability, and efficiency.
