About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integrations Analyst to join the Customer Solutions team. This operational role is critical to ensuring our customers can simplify their business processes with reliable and accurate data feeds between Procurement Partners’ products and their other critical business systems, including ERPs, accounting systems, and clinical systems. As an integrations analyst, you’ll work closely with our internal implementation specialists and customers to scope, design, and deploy integrations.

This role focuses on configuring and deploying integrations using a proprietary, no-code middleware that is highly integrated with our own products. The ideal candidate will excel at learning and documenting our internal toolset. In addition, we are seeking someone with a mind for process and scale who can drive improvements to our toolset in partnership with our product and technology teams.


What You’ll Do

· Configure integrations between our products and customer systems using various proprietary and open-source middleware technologies

· Troubleshoot and resolve customer support cases related to integrations

· Support Implementation Specialists with requirements gathering, project scoping, UAT activities, and customer training related to integrations

· Work closely with our product and development teams to enhance our proprietary middleware technology and solve novel customer problems

· Document internal tools and integrations to provide clarity to internal and external stakeholders

· Demonstrated experience using integration engine/middleware to transform and deliver data (bonus points for Mirth experience)

· Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and high degree of comfort driving customer calls

· Experience utilizing Rest APIs, JSON, XML, and flat files for data exchange

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting

· Collaborative approach, responsiveness, and willingness to support others as a technical resource

· High degree of independence and reliability, even when balancing competing priorities

· Empathy, patience, and a willingness to ask for help when you need it


Bonus points for…

· Experience integrating with accounting systems and ERPs

· Familiarity with accounting principles, specifically around invoices and payment

· Familiarity with clinical systems (EHR, EMR) and the HL7 standard

· Experience with relational databases and SQL queries

· Project management experience and/or past experience with project management tools

· Experience monitoring and responding to cases/tickets escalated by a customer support team
