Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install parts and components on aircraft structures
- Perform inspections and repairs on aircraft structures
- Conduct tests and troubleshoot structural issues
- Follow technical manuals and specifications to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations
- Use various tools and equipment such as sheet metal, calipers, and soldering irons - Collaborate with other aviation professionals to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed Experience:
- Previous experience as an Aviation Structural Mechanic or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication and repair
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating and modifying aircraft structural designs - Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
