Job Type: Full-time

Elite Lawfirm has an opening for a highly skilled Paralegal with a strong background in family law. Our compensation ranks in the top 5% statewide when compared to others with similar experience.

Requirements:

· Two years of experience with complex litigation, preferably in family law.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an ability to work in a high-pressure and exciting environment

· Ability to manage high volume, high conflict, and high asset caseload

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills as well as excellent proofreading skills

· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

· Broad knowledge of e-filing processes and requirements

· Extensive experience with trial preparation

· Comprehensive knowledge of Colorado and Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and legal case management software

· Good sense of humor and team player
