The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class Medical Device organization that has an opening for a Clinical Coordinator (CRA) near San Diego, CA

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and executing of clinical studies
  • Protocol & document creation, study start up, recruitment, consenting, screening and conducting study visits
  • Will partner with Clinical Affairs management
  • Identify and escalate safety events and major protocol deviations
  • Prepare supplies
  • Set-up IT equipment for studies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 2+ years related experience
  • GCP knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Critical thinking skills, attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize

Preferred Experience:

  • Certification as a clinical research associate or coordinator (CCRA, CCRC)
  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or LVN a plus
  • Monitoring clinical studies experience or experience as a study coordinator is a plus
  • CTMS experience

Additional Details:

  • Onsite position in San Diego, CA not remote – 8am-5pm PST
  • 0-15% travel
  • Position type: 1 year contract with potential to convert to a full-time position
  • Pay rate range target: $42-$54/hr depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
