Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Dock Receiving – unloading pallets, scanning boxes, and routing material to designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Unboxing - Opening boxes/containers and inspecting contents (includes physical audit, filling out Check List, and communicating discrepancies to team leads
  • Material Handling – Delivering products to the Service Center and/or other areas within the warehouse.
  • Inventory Cycle counting - support warehouse team with cycle counts, including operating a lift truck.
  • Screening - Transacting service orders (data entry); meeting department productivity goals.
  • Cross-training - be open to cross-training in different departments within the warehouse (ex: Shipping dept, Inventory Management)
  • Data entry - Performing Receiving transactions on various systems (Oracle, eVal, Salesforce)
  • Requirements:Requirements: Applicants must possess the following skill sets: Must be able to lift 50 lbs (majority of product is less than 50
  • Attendance - Attendance/punctuality is very important to meet our department metrics. We work directly with our staff to help ensure they are productive as well as ensuring we provide flexible time off as needed.
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office apps
  • Experienced use of web-based CSM or order fulfillment software is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the high-tech/electronic industry is a plus.
  • Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.
