Pay: $18.00/hr + Benefits
Hours:

  • M-F 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
  • M-F 9am-6pm (1-hour lunch)
  • M-F 10am-7pm (1-hour lunch)
  • M-F 11am-8pm (1-hour lunch)
    Assignment Length: Contract W2 for 1 year

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Orlando, FL. The primary objective of the CSR is to ensure that we meet or exceed our customers' expectations by assessing their needs, assigning priorities, and triaging information to the right resources. Our customers include patients, medical professionals, and their families. As a CSR, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive information about the services offered by Patient Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, carefully evaluating the purpose of calls and assessing needs to triage appropriately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Patient Services initiatives and effectively communicate this information to customers.
  • Enroll new customers into Patient Services.
  • Document activities in the patient database and follow up to secure services (such as product training and promotional materials).
  • Collaborate with external entities, including physician offices and pharmacies, to ensure all patient needs are addressed.
  • Participate in various special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and keyboarding skills.
  • Experience handling high-pressure, time-sensitive situations that require problem-solving and sound judgment, whether through phone or face-to-face interactions.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to accept and implement feedback and coaching.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with databases (CRM preferred) or tracking systems; experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Background in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry setting.
  • Understanding of the challenges associated with patients' medical conditions.

Important Skills:

  • Experience in a high call volume environment.
