  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
  • Familiarity with sheet metal hand tools and equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload: 50 lbs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to read measurement devices: tape measure, calipers, protractor
