Position:  Network Analyst

Client Location: Bath ME

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual for a Network Analyst position. Responsibilities will include the operational support and maintenance of the enterprise branch network, cloud-based infrastructure architecture and management, SDWAN implementation & support, documentation and implementation of new solutions, and working high level network escalations from branch teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support of the client’s enterprise branch data network
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the branch network infrastructure and circuitry that provides communications within and outside of the client.
  • Work with outside vendors on new product implantations as well as operational support of existing branch network technologies
  • Work network data escalations received directly from client senior leadership
  • Push firewall and policy configuration deployments out to all our 15,000+ branches

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience/certifications in technology
  • Three or more years of experience supporting network hardware
  • Three or more years of experience with enterprise network solutions and technologies
  • Strong analytical network troubleshooting skills to solve complex issues
  • Experience with SDWAN Design, Deployment & Support
  • Experience with Cloud Based Architecture & Management
  • Experience with Cellular and Wireless technology and support
  • Experience with packet/protocol analyzers, and network management/monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor

 

Position:  Network Technician

Client Location: Bath ME

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

·         Offer foundational technical support in network/telecom services, providing assistance in routine tasks.

·         Assist with network and telecom projects and assignments.

·         Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.

·         Collaborate with team members to address network/telecom infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.

·         Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.

·         Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.

·         Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.

·         Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

·         Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certification(s)

·         Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience

·         Telecom admin knowledge/experience (PBX)

·         Network and telecommunications cabling experience

·         A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

·         Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, are a plus

 

 

Position:  Network Engineer

Client Location: Bath ME

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

Other Qualifications:

·         A degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Position:  Branch Network Operations

Client Location: Bath ME
