Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team assisting clients at their private residence across the Northern Virginia area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health care, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the nursing team
- Assist with medical procedures as directed by nursing staff
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA license in the state of Virginia
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and moving clients
- Reliable and punctual
- Newly graduated CNAs with no experience are highly encouraged to apply
What We Offer:
- Flexible schedule
- Pay $19 - $25 per hour
