Schedule: Monday - Friday, starting at 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaper to join our team. The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and other landscaping features.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
  2. Plant, water, and prune trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure they remain healthy and attractive.
  3. Weed and mulch garden beds to prevent weed growth and conserve moisture.
  4. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
  5. Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
  6. Clean and maintain outdoor pathways, patios, and other hardscape features.
  7. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
  8. Assist with landscape design projects, including planting layouts and material selection.
  9. Follow safety protocols and use protective gear when handling chemicals or operating machinery.
  10. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.
  2. Knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques.
  3. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  4. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  6. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent 
  8. Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
