Marco's Pizza Cornelius is looking for exceptional Shift Leaders who want to be part of the fastest growing pizza company, Marco’s Pizza

• Ideal Work Schedule:

Monday - 10:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m., Wednesday - 10 a.m. -7 p.m., Thursday 4:00-11:15 p.m., Sunday 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

We are looking for a high energy individual with restaurant experience and the desire to rapidly learn and grow into the assistant manager role. The growth does not stop there. We are a multiple restaurant concept that will continue adding restaurants to our portfolio and want team members to grow with us. We prefer to grow general managers within our other businesses and are looking for personal growth focused people.

Our Shift Leader leads our team members to deliver authentic pizza and products and customer service without supervision. The Shift Leader keeps the restaurant running efficiently and keeps customers happy.

In addition to following standard Marco’s operating policies and procedures, main areas of focus include (but are not limited to):

People

• Demonstrated respect for the team and outstanding hospitality for our customers.

• Develop, share knowledge and experience, provide feedback, and train Team Members.

• Team player and a natural leader

Customer Service

• Deliver great guest service every time.

• Resolve customer complaints/issues.

Sales & Product

• Follow standards for finished product quality.

• Manage and organize all positions and delegates duties to Team Members.

• Support production as needed.

• Ensure procedural standards are met.

• Support local store marketing and promotions

• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.

• Open and Close shifts without supervision.

• Execute and support all food safety requirements and practices.

• Good under pressure

Reliable transportation required.
