We are small and friendly, but very bussy family practice seeking a Medical Assistent/Front Office to become a part of our team You will perform clinical assignments and routine administrative tasks to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all front desk duties, such as answering the phone, checking email, sending faxes, returning patient's phone calls, etc.
  • Greeding patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling f/u appointments
  • Rooming patients and perform all routine clinical tasks including, but not limited to ECG, phlebotomy, etc.
  • Forwarding patient's prescriptions to the pharmacy, submitting medical records to different providers
  • Creating HMO referrals

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and people skills
  • Bilingual, Russian-speaking preferred
