Job Description: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to perform various tasks within metal processing and recycling operations. This role involves handling, sorting, and preparing materials for recycling, ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Sort materials based on type, size, and composition.
• Load and unload materials on conveyors and trucks.
• Operate and maintain machinery, adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assist with inventory control and management.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environments preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Reliable transportation to the Mentor, Ohio location.
• Willingness to work under various weather conditions and in different shifts.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test.
