Job DescriptionJob Description

Packers/Production Laborers Operational Process:

  • Pack 2 ounce bags of moss

  • Pack the moss filled 2 ounce bags into boxes

  • Replenish the moss when a box is completed

  • When there is no more moss to pack then load 40 lb moss compressed bails into conveyor in teams of 2

  • Dry the moss by laying it out for more packing

  • Dye moss (like cloth) in a tub (would be reserved for 2 packers)
