POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist with a focus on Google Ads to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing effective advertising strategies for our clients.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Paid Advertising Strategy:
    • Develop and implement robust paid advertising strategies for clients, with a focus on Google Ads.
    • Analyze client goals and objectives to tailor strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually optimize advertising efforts.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.

  • Data & Analytics:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating regular reports to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
    • Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, including traffic sources, conversions, and user behavior.
    • Implement tracking parameters and set up custom reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) accurately.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to help provide their clients strategic recommendations and insights to enhance campaign performance and meet client objectives.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other team members, including the Client Experience and Creative Services teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular audits of advertising accounts to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with client specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2-3 experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google Ads. Experience with other paid advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, advertising strategies, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive tangible results and meet/exceed performance metrics.
