Responsibilities:

  • Bathe, groom, and style dogs according to clients' requests and industry standards.

  • Use breed-specific grooming techniques and tools to achieve desired results.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming equipment and workspace.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Adhere to health and safety protocols for the well-being of the dogs and yourself.

Qualifications:

  • Grooming experience required.

  • Honest, reliable, and passionate about dogs.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Background check required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Earn up to $85,000 per year

  • Provided with a brand new Mercedes van equipped with air conditioning for daily use.

  • Gas expenses covered.

  • All grooming equipment and supplies provided.

  • All calls, appointments, and routing handled by our office staff.

  • Paid time off (PTO) and vacation days.

  • Health insurance benefit & 401k.
