What you will do

  • Loading and unloading of mobility equipment and supplies from trucks, trailers.

  • Ensuring mobility equipment meets Scootaround’s Safety, Functionality and Show Quality standards.

  • Providing basic Service and Repair on mobility equipment.

  • Sanitizing equipment before and after each delivery.

  • Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Performing all assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner, while following our COVID-19 safety procedures.

  • Assisting with delivering and picking up of rented mobility equipment to Hotels, Convention Centers, Resort and Residences.

  • Assisting in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Experience with loading/unloading of mobility equipment from trailers.

  • Forklift driving experience is a must.

  • Experience with driving all types of delivery vehicles including 16ft, 20ft and 26-foot box truck.

  • Experience with loading double deck trailers.

  • Working experience as a Delivery Driver.

  • Must have knowledge of operating and safe handling of equipment.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills.

  • Must be Mechanically Inclined.

  • Must possess a strong attention to detail.

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License in good standing.

  • Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs.
