We are an established fire protection company seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist & Customer Service Representative. Our company is committed to delivering top-notch fire safety solutions and exceptional customer service. As a Purchasing Agent with customer service responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

· Procure goods and services from suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.

· Manage inventory levels, reorder materials, and coordinate with departments to meet their needs.

· Process purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.

· Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

· Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients, identifying opportunities for improvement.

· Prepare reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and customer feedback.

 

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.

· Experience in purchasing and customer service roles.

· Fast typing skills.

· Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
