Book clients directly through the Sparkle Bar makeup studio, no booth rent, provide stellar and expert makeup looks that leave each client shining with the sparkle from within. Responsibilities: Applying skincare and professional makeup with great customer service and product knowledge. Servicing clients of all skin types and ethnicities; showcasing quality color-matching and texture finishes. Designing makeup looks according to the client requests and in alignment with event purposes. Attending all scheduled training, in-studio hours, and on-location events. Leading well with a team-player attitude and contributing to an atmosphere of professionalism, and light-hearted social interactions
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) with 3 to 4 years of prestige product line retail experience, to include cosmetics artistry experience
- Consistently applies sanitization standards
- Adherence to The Sparkle Bar dress code standards, while maintaining a professional appearance
- Demonstrates sales, product and service competency- has a clear understanding behind the why of product selection and application
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team considering that we travel together and spend time together. We carry the mindset that life is about the people you spend it with and we believe it's your attitude, not your aptitude which determines your altitude.
- The availability to work nights and weekends
- A Demonstrator’s license may be required in some states
