Pride Health is hiring a phlebotomist III – Floater to support our client’s medical facility in Fountain Valley, CA. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization  
 
Responsibilities:  

·         Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.

·         Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.

·         Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

·         Committed to all Policies & Procedures including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.

·         Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.

Required Qualification:

·         High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

·         Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.

Additional Information:  

·         Location: Fountain Valley, CA

·         Job Type: 3-month contract

·         Schedule: 1st 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

·         Pay Range: $24 - $26/hr.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
