CSR Dispatcher

Texas Industrial Air Services is a family- owned company local to the Stafford area We are currently seeking a reliable Dispatcher to join our organization, that can optimize the efficiency of our crews. The ideal candidate will catch the details, communicate with ease in writing and by phone, and provide in-depth support to our customers along with our technicians

Requirements

• Dependable - Must show up on time and prepared as this role is essential for the day to day operations

• Organization skills
• Needs at least 1 year experience in trade industry dispatching 

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Answering of incoming calls
• Schedule and dispatch service and maintenance calls
• Maintain and manage dispatch board daily
• Log Equipment information into system
• File for Extended Warranties
• Filing as needed
• Other duties as assigned when assistance may be needed

Abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and consistently provide appropriate decisions and determine when to escalate issues
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically under pressure
• Experience with Payzerware preferred
• Ability to sit for long periods of time and focus on a computer screen consistently
• Ability to multitask
