Position: Part-Time Overnight Security

Location: 3850 Galt Ocean Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308

Shift: Overnight (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM),

Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Security officer for the front desk of a 203-unit high-rise condominium on the beach in Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• courteously enforce property rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly to residents' inquiries and concerns.
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents to appropriate authorities.
• assist with emergencies, such as medical situations or fire alarms.
• Complete detailed shift reports and incident logs

Requirements:

Must be able to work overnight on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Prior security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
