Montilio's Baking Company is looking to expand our talented team We are seeking someone with management experience. Candidate must be a team player and willing to learn.

Job duties include:

  • Provide fast, friendly service and be attentive to guests' needs
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach with staff and customers
  • Must be clean and organized with attention to detail
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and product
  • complete sales using POS system
  • Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, store ordering, opening and/or closing the store
  • Must have good communication

Evaluations are performed post training, 3 months, 6 months and yearly.
