Job DescriptionJob Description
  • We are a structural steel erection company looking for honest, dependable, hard working, self-motivated individuals who have experience in the ironworker trade. Work includes welding, rigging, heavy equipment operation, general labor, reading blueprints.
  • Work is in the construction industry, with most of the work being on military installations. 
  • The position is full time, M-F, with occasional needs to work Saturdays.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and their own transportation.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel within NC.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening and background check.
  • Potential applicants will be E-verified; only those authorized to work in the US will be considered.   
  • There is a 90 day introductory period for all new hires.
  • We require 3 personal references that are non-family and 2 job-related references. 
  • Applicants must be able to read and write in English.
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
