You’ll work closely with the CFO and VP Controller, making a direct impact on financial processes in a collaborative, family-oriented environment. The office, located in a quiet area off the LIE, provides high exposure to leadership and a warm, welcoming culture focused on employee satisfaction and growth.

Manufacturing experience is essential, along with strong skills in month-end close and manual journal entries. Experience in private equity is ideal (a plus) as you’ll support automation and navigate the company’s expansion. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000, with flexibility based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to management team

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
