Job Title: Groundskeeper

Job Description:

Join our team as a Groundskeeper We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to maintain the landscaping and outdoor areas of our facilities. If you have a passion for horticulture, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in creating a visually appealing environment, we want you to be a part of our team.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
Plant, water, and care for flowers, trees, and shrubs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues such as pests or disease.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor spaces.
Collaborate with maintenance and facilities staff to address landscaping needs.
Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Groundskeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment, such as mowers and trimmers.
Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a well-groomed landscape.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
Previous experience in commercial or institutional groundskeeping.
