RE-Nu Construction Inc. is looking for a Stucco pro to join our team. We are a busy company that handles many multi unit remodels and buildings. If you have your own tools and the knowledge and experience please apply for this position.

Full Time Position: Mon - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply coats of stucco or plaster to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings using trowels, brushes, or spray guns.
• Mix mortar and plaster to desired consistency or direct workers who perform the mixing.
• Create decorative textures in finish coat by using brushes or trowels, sand, pebbles, or stones.
• Color match, and repair issues with stucco or plaster defects and similar tasks.
• Cure freshly plastered or stucco frames.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for application and drywall taping.
• Rough the undercoat surface with a scratcher so the finish coat will adhere.
• Apply weather proof, decorative coverings to exterior surfaces of buildings.
• Inspecting, identifying and documenting damage
• Ability to basic stucco or plaster patch and painting is a plus
• Extensive knowledge in stucco exterior
• Extremely reliable & dependable

· Requirments:

Minimum 3-years hands on or journeyman level stucco experience.

· Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

· Reliable transportation to and from work.

· Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening & background check.
