Production Associate (2nd shift)

Santa Rosa, CA 95403 (Local candidates only)

$20hr (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

5 months contract (Excellent potential for extension/permanent)

Full- time: M-F 2pm-10:30pm

Our client is a global team of innovators, leaders, creators, builders, and problem solvers. Together they are helping people everywhere live longer, healthier lives.

The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, sorting and packaging injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with approved procedures. This includes work both in and out of a clean room environment

 

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • The qualified individual will ensure that production losses are minimal through timely communication of issues to the supervisor and will work in strict accordance to approved production and quality procedures.
  • Operator will work around injection molding machines and must ensure that safe working practices are followed.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions is a must.
  • This position requires the use personal protective equipment and clean room gowns.
  • This position requires a strong team player with good interpersonal skills

 

What You Bring:

  • High School Level or GED
  • 1+ yrs experience Production wok
  • Experience or can operator and work around injection molding machines and must ensure that safe working practices are followed
  • Experience in a fast-paced clean room environment is a plus.
  • Experience in inspecting, sorting and packaging items, parts and materials
  • Experience in a fast-paced clean room environment is a plus.
  • Production work experience is a bonus
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift or occasionally move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable using hands, reaching and handling small parts and measuring tools for extended periods.
  • Experience or interested in final quality inspection of products
  • Basic computer skills and able to document work
  • Must have basic math and English reading skills
  • Must pass background and drug test
