Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a shipping and receiving associate to become an integral part of our team You will help coordinate incoming shipment and outgoing shipment activities along with inventory control.

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling and creating shipping documents.
  • Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition.
  • Update inventory records, track stock levels, and ensure accurate documentation of all received and shipped goods.
  • Efficiently organize and store inventory to maximize space and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Safely move, load, and unload products using pallet jacks and strapping pallets with other equipment.
  • Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with shipments or inventory.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping and receiving software or systems.
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong organizational skills
