We are seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal/Legal Assistant to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to obtain information needed in filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcies
  • Data entry of information from clients into Bankruptcy Software (Jubilee) to prepare Petition, Schedules and Plans
  • Review and discern additional information needed from clients
  • Record and store client information

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in Bankruptcy preferred
  • Familiarity with legal software
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
