Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our residential remodeling projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of residential remodeling projects, including planning, design, scheduling, and execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee subcontractors and internal crews to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or remodeling industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
