Job DescriptionJob Description This is a hybrid position. Candidate will work Addiction Medicine and Endocrinology, as we build both programs.


Job Duties/Schedule

  • Addiction Medicine NP/PA (Must be Medical not Psych)
  • Full-time M-F, 8am-5pm
  • Weekend rotations 1 in 3
  • Daytime calls
  • Must have DEA & Addiction CME requirements.
  • May be doing consults in person and/or via Telemed
  • Location – UF, Leesburg/Villages – 2 locations will travel between, not necessarily every day, but possibly both locations on same day
  • 3-month training in Orlando- Then transition to UF Leesburg and UF The Villages
  • Applicant must have previous experience in addiction medicine
