Grady Management Inc., one of the metro area's leading property management firms, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to be part of a team managing Beacon Place Apartments, an apartment community located in Gaithersburg, MD.

You will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations including:

  • Resident relations
  • Rent loss control
  • Administration
  • General day-to-day community management
  • Rent collections
  • Coordinating apartment turnovers
  • Coordinating service requests

Minimum of three years of property management experience is a strong plus.

Annual recertification experience is a plus.

Tax Credit, HUD, or Affordable experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations is a must.

Working knowledge of OneSite software is a plus.

Previous experience with accounting in property management is a strong plus.

Strong computer skills required including MS Office and accounting knowledge.

Some weekend work is required.
