Company Description

TKG Components is a +25yr old manufacturing company under new ownership. We design, manufacturer, warehouse and distribute components to our clients. These components are plastic injection moldings, metal castings, metal stampings, extrusions, cnc machined components and custom assemblies. The founders, who started as sales reps, have laid a good foundation with strong growing relationships with various clients. We are looking to transition to a new sales team, as the founders are retiring.

Job Description

As the sales consultant for the company, you must be highly motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, curious, and a continuous learner to succeed. We will empower you with the latest Customer Relationship Management software to make your job as organized as possible while accepting your input to improve our team. We are not micromanaging and will allow fully remote work.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales for New Customer Aquisitions
• Increasing visibility in the industry by attending networking events, using social media, referrals, etc. (Paid to attend events)
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Generate your own Sales Leads in various industries.

Qualifications

• +2 years outside sales experience
• Demonstrable track record
• Basic technical knowledge or ability to understand manufacturing processes and uses of our products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Prefered Experience:

• Experience selling into the manufacturing field
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Design or Engineering background
• Strong Mechanical understanding and ability to lead the product process.

Salary:

• Commission Based plus bonuses.
• One day Paid Video Call (Or in person if close) Industry and Company overview.
