Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Admin. This position can be fast paced, so the ability to work as a team and independently is needed. The individual must be able to manage multiple projects and able to support several departments while prioritizing and communicating clearly and effectively. This person also needs to be very detail oriented. If you have previous clerical and/or administrative support experience, we’d like to meet you.

 

Essential Experience:

  • Answer multi-line phones
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist or office support
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School diploma
