We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical work, including new home installations, remodeling, and additions. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) as it pertains to residential projects and will be capable of managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in new homes, remodeling projects, and additions.
  • Interpret and apply NEC regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Manage job sites efficiently, including tracking materials, hours, and coordinating inspections.
  • Work independently or lead a team of helpers as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members in proficient English.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential electrical work.
  • Journeyman Card preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of NEC, especially regarding residential applications.
  • Own tools and reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively.
  • Proficient English communication skills
