Compensation: $50K - $60K base pay plus commission

What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for a variety of roles throughout PA, MD, VA, MI, MA, and beyond.
Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering exceptional service.
Sales & Business Development: Proactively acquire IT job orders from both existing and new clients, expanding our client base and strengthening relationships.
Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and innovative recruiting strategies.
Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Networking: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in IT recruiting, with a strong understanding of various technical roles and skill sets.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales or business development, particularly in acquiring job orders and managing client relationships.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruiting tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment and sales targets.
Flexibility: Ability to manage a territory that includes PA, MD, VA, MA, MI, and beyond.
