We help guide, train, and bring clients in. In order to build a business we need to retain our clients and rebook them. We help each other as a team, we do that by checking in clients, answering the phones,  sweeping up hair, cleaning the salon, and etc. 

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate stylist to join our team at Fantastic Sam's. As a stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We continue education as the hair industry is always growing and changing. Stylists take walk ins, book clients, and rebook clients. It is always a must to have a clean and sanitized salon.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
• Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
• Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
• Recommend hair care products to clients based on their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a hairstylist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning
