Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs.
  • Achieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and by creating a positions, productive working environment.
  • Operationally fill in as needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, vendors, and the community.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, forms, and reports in an organized and timely manner.
  • Sets clear expectations on shift and creates a working environment and serves as a role model to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Monitors food and equipment inventories, conducts inventory counts and maintains inventory records (weekly).
  • Monitors compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security and fire policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
  • Identify problems, conduct high-level troubleshooting and seek repair/maintenance support for restaurant equipment to ensure equipment is operational.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt and overcome obstacles.

 

​Qualifications:

  • 2 years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

 

Shift availability:

Monday - Sunday

Morning - afternoon (6am - 4pm) and some evenings required

8-10 hour shifts (40-50 hours per week)
