You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets the patients needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role.
Grandview: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-5pm
Prosser: Monday - Friday 7am-11am

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, wheelchair, or automobiles
  • Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light housekeeping, assisting with personal care, plan/prepare meals/snacks
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
  • Engage patients in exercises or other activities
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing, games, or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
  • Give medication reminders
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) certification
  • Instructor Lead CPR and First aid certification
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Prior Home Health experience is a plus
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
