We are looking for a Hvac Lead Technician Residential to join our team You will service, repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and start up new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Lead technicians to follow company procedures
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years experience in HVAC
  • Experience in leadership roles
  • Must follow instructions and willing to learn
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
