Local Apartment Complex is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor, with a minimum of 5 years' experience of managing. Must be fluent in English. and Spanish is 2nd language.   Along with the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. Hours are 6 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, and as needed after hours,
