Opening with our client for a Data Verification Specialist.

Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Verification Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by utilizing various tools and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize FileZilla to transfer and download data files from various sources.
  • Review and verify data accuracy against established criteria, identifying and correcting any inconsistencies or errors.
  • Conduct research to verify information missing from data sets. This may involve searching online databases, contacting external sources, or utilizing internal resources.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external requests for data verification and information retrieval.
  • Maintain detailed records of all data verification activities.
  • Adhere to strict data security protocols.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data verification processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data verification or data entry role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using FileZilla or similar file transfer software is a plus.
  • Strong research and investigative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
