Warehouse Assitant

Top Patch is a revolutionary Synthetic Pavement Repair Product. We manufacture (mix) Top Patch at our warehouse facility near Hard Rock Casino. We are a start-up, and growing company, supplying a unique product to some very familiar companies. Position requires precisely following recipes to properly mix the ingredients, as well as warehouse stocking work, with forklift and by hand.

Precision measuring and mixing techniques will be taught if the right candidate does not already have these skills, equipment must be maintained. Each day work varies, based upon current stock levels, current orders, and general maintenance of the facility.

· Must interface with Management regarding technical and repair issues. maintaining production equipment in good working order

· Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organization are required.

Must accept responsibility of working with confidential recipes, must be willing to sign and abide by Confidential Non-Disclose documentation.

Required: Current, valid driver’s license in good standing with Forklift Experience as well as palatizing experience.

Must be willing to sign non-compete / non-disclosure form if hired.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with some to most of the above listed skills, and a desire to grow with a company that manufactures a unique product.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift 75 + pounds without assistance. Stand and / or walk for prolonged periods of time.

Work Environment: Medium level noise, Mechanical Hazards, Moving Objects. Follows policies and procedures and able to work independently majority of the day.
