Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our Sales team and analyzing mechanical drawings and specifications for quoting purposes.

Duties:

• Read blueprints and understand mechanical drawings
• Convert numbers on blueprints to measurements
• Work closely with the sales team to provide quotes and estimates

Experience:

• Previous HVAC or Plumbing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of blueprints and mechanical drawings is necessary
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
