Position Detail
Billing Representative- King of Prussia PA
Location : King of Prussia PA
Project Duration : 13 weeks
Salary Range : $22.00 to 25.00/hr.
Shift : 8:30-5pm EST (3 days remote, Tuesday and Wednesday onsite - free parking)

Billing Representative Essential Functions:

  • Work with interdisciplinary team to ensure that all documentation required to generate claims has been obtained prior to submission.
  • Accurately post, edit and generate all claims for Home Care services.
  • Review hold reports to ensure that services are billed for timely, accurately and hold edits are completed.
  • Ensure all documentation necessary for accurate billing is obtained.
  • Verifies that all the proper coding and charge information is entered in the system according to pay or specific contracts following regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in obtaining/maintaining department's cash goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Billing Representative Skills:

  • Strong verbal, communications and organizational skills
  • Basic application and computer skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.


Billing Representative Education:
Education Level Field of Study Required/ Preferred
High School Diploma / GED Required

Billing Representative Work Experience:

  • At least one (1) year experience with computers - Required
  • Previous health care billing experience - Preferred
