Job Summary:

Receive and process incoming stock orders. Process and ship outgoing customer orders and warranty returns. Performs all functions relating to the receipt and storage of parts, accessories and related material.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives incoming orders, checks for damages or missing components and properly records the shipment in compliance with company policy and in cooperation with the Parts Manager and Accounts Payable department
  • Count or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments, verify information against purchase orders, invoices, and other records
  • Accurately stock parts into the assigned inventory location.
  • Process customer orders and identify back-ordered items for customers. Processes the order by packaging, invoicing and shipping.
  • Assist with inventory administration. Monitors and adjusts inventory levels as necessary.
  • Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
  • Maintain clean work area and comply with company safety policy. Participates in job-related training exercises when appropriate or necessary.
  • Ensures forklift is in good operating order. Assists employees in other job areas when necessary.
  • Various other tasks as assigned

Minimum Education Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Years of Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant experience including forklift operation experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift 75lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to be mobile through the warehouse and parts department
  • This role requires job performance both indoors and outdoors. Able to tolerate year-round outside temperatures for extended periods of time
